LIFTLAB has the utmost respect for your privacy. We do not sell or trade your email address or any other information with any other entity. We offer opt-out in each of our emails.

Shipping

Ordering

Ordering from LIFTLAB is simple & convenient. Browse our site and if you would like to purchase a product, simply click the 'add to bag' button. A new window will open up to our shopping cart. From there, you may continue to add to your shopping basket or finalize your order and checkout. We accept American Express, Visa & Mastercard. If you would like to pay by check, please contact one of our customer service representatives via e-mail or phone.

Shipping & Handling

Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Orders are shipped & delivered Monday - Friday only. We generally ship via FedEx Ground to the US and Canada with a flat shipping fee of $10. We do ship internationally with a flat fee of $50 but will notify the customer if there are any import/customs related issues that may prohibit shipping.

Sales Tax

LIFTLAB is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Massachusetts.

Returns & Exchanges

LIFTLAB wants you to be satisfied with your purchase.

LIFTLAB will only accept returns on items purchased through this website with a receipt and order number.

To return or exchange a purchase, please call or email our customer service at info@theliftlab.com within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. We will gladly replace any damaged or defective item immediately. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept used products after that period. Beyond 30 days & with prior approval from management, we may allow exchanges only. Products bought at other locations than theliftlab.com must be returned at their designated location. Please note that we are unable to accept returns from other locations.
